Please arrive and register before 8.30am
9am - we will run through WOD's and movement standards at this time.
WOD 1 first heat: 9.30am
The WOD's will not be revealed until Sunday however, as a little teaser, here are the names...
WOD 1 - Row, Row 'Oh my legs'
WOD 2 - The Bear Cub
WOD 3 - Annie, put the kettle on
WOD 4 - The Eliminator
This will be on display on the white board on the day, please familiarise yourself with your heats and times. You must be ready to go in your lane at your start time - if you miss this then you will not be able to compete in that WOD.
This will be fired up around 2pm. Each athlete is entitled to a free Burger (or food option of choice) Just show the chef your athlete number (which we will have written on your arm at athlete registration). All spectators will have the opportunity to buy food as well.
Connect have an awesome café which will be providing coffee, tea, and various protein snacks throughout the day.
We use iZettle, so no need for cash, just bring your card or phone for contactless payments! We also have 2 showers, toilets and a water point to refill your bottles.
Both are very welcome but are your responsibility. Please be mindful of heavy weights being thrown around!
The Car Park runs a strict permit policy. When you arrive please go inside and speak to a member of staff for a permit. Your name will be put against the permit number. Place the permit on you dash board and then hand your keys in. They will be kept in a secure cabinet against your permit number and returned to you at the end of the day, once you have handed the permit back. You, of course, have access to your keys the whole time.
If you can car share then please do as spaces are limited and you will get a ticket if you are not parked in the marked bays.
And finally if you feel you no longer wish to compete or want to change category, PLEASE let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday 8th, so we can alter the heats.
