What's a contrast shower, I hear you say?
Basically have a hot shower then switch it over to a cold shower ! Sounds awful right?
Well, you don't have to crank it right down to 0 on the heat dial, build up to it, slowly decreasing the temperature a little more each time till you can go no further!
Start with just 30 seconds of hot into 30 seconds of old for five minutes and build upon this to get it to 10 minutes is you have time.
