Sonny Webster Olympic Lifting Workshop
We are very excited to announce that on Saturday 21st January 2017 we will be hosting an Olympic Lifting Workshop with Sonny Webster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from from a GB Team Olympia. Sonny was the only male lifter to represent the UK in Rio this year. A lifter with many years of elite e
xperience will certainly be someone worth learning from.
The workshop will begin at 10.30am and cover practical work on both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk as well as a demo and Q&A.
