After your consultation we will book you onto an intro course
Our intro course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group setting. In order for you to progress, you need to be moving efficiently and safely as well as have an understanding of different techniques. Once the course is complete you will be ready to choose your membership and step into classes.
