Drop In and Visitors
If you are visiting the area for business or leisure and want to drop in for a session we would love to meet you. Experienced CrossFitter's are welcome to book into our daily WODs and/or Open gym.
Contact us today to book your drop in. Weekend Passes and 10 class pass options available.
We also offer Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Aerobic Capacity and Mobility for Locals as well as traveling CrossFitter's. These classes have no pre requisite and are inclusive and fun. No contracts, no joining fee. Just book into the class you want, when you want! A one off registration on Team Up is required, once resisted you can book into all of your favourite classes! With no restrictions on our weekend and 10 class passes, you are free to mix and match the classes that suit you.
Class Drop- In's are £15 and Open Gym is £10. Our 3 day weekend class pass is £40. Our most popular 10 Class Pass £130. All packages, speciality classes and open gym can be purchased via the 'Register & Book' tab below. Drop in class options
Work out of the day. This is the "regular CrossFit class". A blend of strength, cardio and gymnastic elements in a mix of patterns for time, reps or rounds. A one hour class with a warm up, focus section, WOD and cool down.
Building strength and control through bodyweight movements. We look to become masters of the basics whilst developing more complex skills. We hang, push, pull, balance, roll and jump.
Aerobic capacity class
An endurance-based class aimed at improving the capacity of your aerobic energy pathway. Perfect for those training for marathons, triathlons, or just those simply looking to sweat in a low-skill setting. We utilise sustainable, repeatable efforts on the bikes, rowers and ski ergs and combine them with rowing, burpees and skipping to build your engine in a fun and encouraging setting.
An open session for the more advanced members to practice and lift at their own pace within the facility.
Olympic lifting has no equal when it comes to changing your holistic strength and fitness. Moving from the base lifts like the deadlift and squat - Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk develop speed, coordination, flexibility and total body strength like no other movements.
To stretch, work on flexibility and help any niggels or injuries. This hour session will leave you feeling supple.
