We would like to invite you along to a tester session first. This is an opportunity for us to meet you and see how you move. Even if you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete.
Taster sessions run every Saturday at 13:30. They are a FREE one hour class that will contain a focus on a specific movement and will finish with a classic workout of the day (WOD).
MOVE WITH PURPOSE.
Our foundation course is for members and non member looking to move safely, effectively and with purpose. We cover the 10 main barbell lifts, mobility drills to help you achieve the necessary flexibility to perform at your best, the main gymnastic and bodyweight exercises, the additional CrossFit movements such as wall balls, kettlebell swings and box jumps and a WOD (workout of the day) at the end of the class to help us gauge your current levels.
The foundation course is made up of 2 sessions over a week for a total of 2 hours for the one off payment of £100pp, we do offer group packages which are tailored to your needs. Get in touch to find our more and book your spot.
