CLASS TYPES

We have various classes available for our members which focus on developing specific skill sets providing a well rounded approach to training. 

WOD CLASS

Work out of the day. This is the "regular CrossFit class". A blend of strength, cardio and gymnastic elements in a mix of patterns for time, reps or rounds. A one hour class with a warm up, focus section, WOD and cool down.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

A class dedicated entirely to the Olympic lifts (the Clean & Jerk and Snatch) and their associated exercises. 

KIDS AND TEENS

CrossFit classes especially for Teens and Kids! With small groups of young athletes in two age bands and fully certified CrossFit Kids instructors, we will start them early into the ways of functional fitness. Kids (7-10), Teens (11-14).

GYMNASTICS

Focussing on gymnastic skills such as handstands, ring work, ropes and pull ups. 

OPEN GYM

An open session for the more advanced members to practice and lift at their own pace within the facility. 

REHAB / PREHAB

To stretch, work on flexibility and help any niggels or injuries. This hour session will leave you feeling supple.

AEROBIC CAPACITY 

A session aimed to improve efficiency and performance in the aerobic energy pathway with the goal of improving CrossFit performance.
